How do I know if Content Creation is for me?
If you’re a business owner or creator that understands the importance and value of creating quality content, wants to get more organic engagement, attract your ideal clients and want to be less involved in the creative process then content creation with Soflo Inspire is for you!
When can I expect to receive my content?
You can expect your photo content within 7-14 business days & video content within 2-3 weeks upon completion of payment.
To avoid any delay or interruptions in delivery, we ask that our clients provide us with revisions and any information we may need within 24-48 hours.
If you need content sooner we have expedite options available!
What is the best way to reach you?
Our business hours are Tuesday - Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The best way to contact us and communicate is through our email, info@sofloinspire.com. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
Do you travel? If so, is there a travel fee?
Yes! We’re based in south Florida but we travel all over the state and beyond.
The Travel fee will vary and will be included in your quote or invoiced separate after session.
Do you retouch all of the images?
For lifestyle and studio sessions, we include standard editing and lightly retouch a number of selections depending on the plan you choose. Light retouching includes removal of blemishes and minor skin softening. Standard editing does not include any photoshop alterations but can be offered A La Carte and invoiced separately.
Outside of lifestyle and studio sessions, retouching photos can be obtained through a separate agreement and for an additional cost. Please let us know if you are interested in retouching or photoshop alterations.
Do your packages include raw images or footage?
Our content plans do not include RAW images or RAW footage assets. However, we have options to edit additional assets for you at an additional price upon request.
Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit fee is non-refundable if you cancel after booking. In the event that we must reschedule your session, the deposit can be used towards a reschedule or be refunded.
When can I expect a draft of my video content?
You will receive a watermarked first draft of your video content within 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) from our session. You will then receive your completed video content within the 2-3 week window as long as standard revisions and any additional information for your video are sent over within the necessary timeframe. If advanced revisions are requested, delivery of your video content can be delayed.
To avoid any delay or interruptions in delivery, we ask that our clients provide us with standard revisions and any information we may need for their content within 24-48 hours.

Do you offer live streaming?
Currently we do not offer live streaming.
How many revisions do I get for my video content?
All of our content packages include 1 revision for each of your videos. If you would like additional revisions outside of the one that is included in your package, we offer additional options depending on availability and scheduling. Additional editing options begin at $150 per hour.
